Element Fitness is a unique fusion exercise and fitness program adaptable for all levels of age and ability. Combining a variety of world styles of movement and form such as yoga, pilates, marital arts, dance, meditation, tai chi and qi gong. Each class blends different components of the disciplines based on the 5 Elements of earth, air, fire and water – to create a movement of energy and exercise that starts gentle, gets more intense before again bringing the body back to a state of relaxation for body and mind. Movements are adapted to suit individual needs – and can be performed as seated as well as standing routines.
